UFO Disclosure events and witness testimonies
This page will feature initiatives of the past few years, on "UFO disclosure".
Video testimonies, news coverage and interviews with the witnesses of the 12-Nov-2007 event at the USA National Press Club at Washington, DC. Also the Disclosure Project's National Press Club conference on 9-May-2001.
"UFOs and Nukes" 2009 press conference organized by UFO researcher Robert Hastings:
12-Nov-2007: False stereotypes, like the supposed lack of credibility of both UFO witnesses and investigations, have dogged the UFO field forever. Former Arizona Governor Fife Symington moderated a distinguished panel of 14 speakers, to discuss encounters with UFOs and official investigations. The panel included two retired generals and several other military officers, civil aviation & military pilots and government officials & scientists from seven countries (Belgium, Chile, France, Iran, Peru, U.K. and the U.S.) - see Witness CVs and testimonies.
It was one of the most credible UFO panels ever assembled.
The press conference was held in Washington D.C. at the National Press Club, entitled, "UFO Close Encounters".
Extracts from the conference and CNN's reporting on the event:
The full video of the event (1hr34min):
9-Nov-2007: A couple of the panelists appeared on Larry King's show a few days before the NPC event:
9-May-2001: Dr Steven Greer's Disclosure Project National Press Club Conference (2001). The concern has been that Dr Greer has mixed excellent witnesses like John Callahan, Robert Sallas, Michael Smith etc with people whose testimony is basically impossible to validate (and may unfortunately alienate the general public). Also intermingling the reality of UFOs with the political agenda of "banning space-based weapons" and "free energy":
